LPA Vasquez conduct a Case Management inspection on this day to interview staff not present during a UIR follow up conducted on 8/17/21.

LPA did not observe children, Per director the center has been closed from 9/1/21 to 9/3/21 due to center providing in-service training for teachers. Staff was made available for interview.
