25 | On May 1, 2025, at 8:30 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Hasmik Khanjyan and Alis Gabrielyan. Per licensee there are 12 children enrolled and LPA observed 1 child in care. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 6:00 am – 12:00 am.
Family members residing in the home are 5 adults who obtain criminal record clearance. This is a single-story home that consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, detached garage, ADU, front yard and backyard (fenced).
Off limit areas are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, detached garage, ADU and a section of the back yard where the entrance is of the ADU is.
Areas accessible to children in care is living room (main daycare area), bathroom in the hallway, dining room and section of the back yard.
At 8:40 am licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents enter to through the front door of the home which leads them to the living room which is the main daycare area. Upon entrance to the daycare area LPA observed several age-appropriate toys for children in care. LPA observed a child safety gate preventing children from accessing the kitchen area. LPA then inspected the bathroom in the hallway area, which was clean and orderly. LPA did not observe any hazardous materials that can pose a danger to children in care. LPA observed napping equipment in the form of mats. Bedding was observed to be clean, and orderly. Per licensee, bedding and blankets are taken home every Friday for washing purposes.
