PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN
Licensing Program Analyst Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility on 05/14/2024 to ensure Type A deficiency cited on 05/09/2024 has been cleared. LPA arrived at 2:07 PM and met with Tatevik Manukyan who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there were 9 children present in the home, one being an infant with licensee and her assistant. LPA observed children were napping in the daycare room.

The following has been observed:
- Staff ratio and capacity has been met. During this inspection, there were 9 children in care with licensee and her assistant, Anahit Muradian.
- During this inspection licensee’s assistant, Kristine Mesropyan was not present in the home. LPA contacted Regional Office and was told Kristine Mesropyan has Criminal Record Clearance in Licensing Information System.

Acknowledgement forms were observed for all children in care.

At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today.



The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, and issued POC clearance letter.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Tatevik Manukyan.
