Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nolan Tcheng conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to determine if the citations cited on 07/13/2022 have been corrected. Upon entry at 2:13pm, LPA met with Director Christine Jennings. At 2:17pm, LPA was led on a tour of the facility.

Census was taken. It was nap time during inspection. There were 3 children and 1 staff for Room 1 (Infant 6weeks-10mo), 9 children and 2 staff in Room 2 (10mo-17mo), and 14 children and 4 staff in Room 4 (17mo-24mo).

The following citation cited on 07/13/2022 has been corrected:

· 101416.5(b) – Staff-Infant Ratio - On 07/14/2022, LPA received a Classroom Staff Log Sheet, made to be utilized each day by teachers as they join the classroom. Name, Time of Entry, and Number of children present will be logged. LPA also received a signed form noting that all staff have been made aware of the violation and that they have been instructed on the new procedures to ensure they stay in ratio at all times. LPA observed the Classroom Staff log signed and posted in room. LPA also observed writing on door windows to let additional staff know how many staff and children are present in each room. Picture obtained.

During inspection, LPA observed that a copy of the “D” page from the licensing report was posted in a visible part of the facility. LPA reminded the facility that failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100 civil penalty. LPA observed LIC9224 forms signed for each classroom during inspection.

No deficiencies are being cited during today's inspection.

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit made by a licensing representative.

Exit interview was conducted with Christine Jennings, at 2:45pm. Copy of report was provided.
