Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Crystal Green conducted an announced case management licensee-initiated inspection. Licensing staff met with Licensee, Jennifer Moore. Also present during this inspection was the Site Director, Christina Jennings. The facility hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7am to 6:30pm. This facility also has an preschool license #198020513 located on the same premises.

This is a infant program that is currently licensed to operate from 3 classrooms ( Infant, Infant/Toddler, and Toddler Option). Licensee is requesting to add an additional classroom to the license which will be designated as the new toddler option classroom. The current classroom designated for toddler option children will be converted into the toddler age classroom. During this inspection, LPA observed a total 26 children with 6 staff. The facility was observed to be operating within its licensed capacity.

Licensing staff was guided through a tour of the proposed toddler option classroom. LPA observed the proposed toddler classroom to have a physically separate classroom with its own entrance within the facility. The infant program will have 4 classrooms; the non-walking infants, young infants, infant/toddler age, and the toddler option classroom.

There are age-appropriate toys available for children in care. Furniture and equipment were inspected for good repair, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. All materials and surfaces accessible to children are toxic-free. There are restrooms accessible to children and there is also changing tables located within arms reach of a sink located within the each classroom. All toilets and handwashing facilities are in safe and sanitary operating conditions.
