25 | 3- YEAR REQUIRED INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced 3- year required inspection to the above facility on 02/23/26. LPA arrived at the facility at 11:55 AM and met with licensee, Lilit Antonyan who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Also present during this inspection were, Mari Asatryan, licensee’s assistant, Juleta Aristakesyan, licensee’s mother in-law and Hakob Antonyan, licensee’s husband/assistant. LPA provided a copy of Entrance Checklist—Family Child Care Home (LIC126) to licensee. Per licensee, facility operation hours are Monday to Sunday from 12:00 a.m. to 11:55 p.m. Per licensee, she provides care to children 0-13 years old.
This is a one-story home located on the first level. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 restrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, front yard, side yard and backyard (fenced). Per licensee, parents enter the facility through the side gate which is located on East Dryden Street and leads to the backyard and day care room.
Per licensee, they converted the detached garage to an ADU with separate address, 1101 N. Jackson Street, unit A, Glendale CA 91207. Per licensee, currently a family member who has criminal record clearance on file lives in the ADU. A copy of Certificate of Occupancy for ADU and an updated facility sketch were submitted to LPA during this inspection.
Per licensee at 12:05 p.m., the children use the 1/2 bathroom in last bedroom (day care room), one bedroom (day care room), living room, dining room, kitchen, side yard and backyard fenced. Per licensee areas off limits to children and parents include: Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front yard, and ADU unit A. LPA did not observe any stairs in the home during this inspection. During this inspection individuals who reside in the home were discussed and notes on Confidential Name List (LIC811) and attached to this report.
