25 | On 11/19/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted prior to entering the facility. Upon arrival LPA Long was greeted by licensees, Alma Ceja and Luciano Dume. LPA observed 2 Caregiver and 3 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 10 PM.
This is a single-story house which contains living, kitchen, dining area/family room, computer room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an attached garage.
The day care takes place in the dining area/family room, computer room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and rear yard.
Per Licensee, there are 2 adults and 2 minor children living in the home (2 Licensees and 2 minor children. All adults has criminal record clearance). The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergent, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to child are stored where they are inaccessible to children. LPA observed working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher, and working lcellular telephones. There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms or pets on the premises. Licensee has current First Aid and CPR, expires 06/29/26. Outdoor play areas are fenced. LPA observed barricades between care area and off limit areas. Licensee provides breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. Napping equipment such as cribs and cots were observed.
