25 | On March 26, 2025, at 9:15 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Karine Vardanian who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee there are 2 children enrolled and LPA observed 2 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Family members residing in the home are 4 adults who obtain criminal record clearance. This is a single-story home that consist of two entrances. The door to the right leads to the main home and the door to the left leads to the day care area. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, two kitchens, laundry room, day-care area, front yard, backyard, and side yard (fenced).
Off limit areas include the front yard, and the entire right side of the home that consist of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, one kitchen, laundry room.
Areas accessible to children in care are the entire left side of the home which consist of daycare area, 1 bathroom, kitchen and back yard and side yard which are both fenced.
At 9:30 am, licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents entire through the left front door that leads directly to the daycare area. Upon entrance through the left door, LPA observed all required licensing postings on the right side of the wall. LPA also observed several age-appropriate toys for children in care. Napping equipment in the form of cots and play pen were also observed in day care area. Bedding was observed to be clean, orderly, and stored properly. Per licensee, bedding is washed at the facility daily. LPA then walked through a small hallway which leads to the bathroom that is accessible to children in care.
