During interviews conducted with staff, all staff corroborated that they have never been left out of ratio. Additionally, Staff stated that directors cell phone is linked with the phone to the center, and if needed to,
call will be answered if needed while in the classroom.

Parent interviews made no disclosures pertaining to the above allegation. All parents disclosed that they have no issues with the facility and are satisfied with the facility.

During LPA Perry's observations, the facility was found to be in compliance with all regulations during all inspections. LPA did observe required staff-to-child ratios were consistently maintained. LPA Perry reviewed available video footage for one week; no instances of staff being out of ratio were observed. The facility demonstrated adherence to the required staff-to-child ratios and Title 22 regulations during all inspection and throughout the investigation.

Based on interviews, observations and disclosures made during the departments investigation, no disclosures were made by staff or parents pertaining to the allegation above, “facility staff are operating out of ratio”. Therefore, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

No deficiencies being issued. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Appeal rights were given and explained. Exit interview conducted, report provided to Director Megha Sahni.
