Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to amend a report and citation dated 4/19/23. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Jennifer Monroy to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Census was taken. There were 4 staff present caring for 17 children. The facility was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations. Report and citation from 4/19/23 was amended on this day.

No deficiencies are being cited at this time.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
