25 | Annual Inspection was conducted in Armenian.
On 12/18/24 , at 1:50 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an annual random inspection to the above facility. LPA met with Licensee, Elena Bunarjyan, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 6 children currently enrolled. There were 5 children present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations. Per licensee hours of operation is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance and recorded on LIC 811.
All areas identified on the facility sketch were inspected. This is a one story home located on the first level. The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 restroom, living room/dining room, kitchen, front yard, backyard (fenced) and detached storage in the backyard .
Areas that are accessible to children are as follows: Bathroom in the hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom next to the living room , back yard .
Areas off limits based on facility sketch submitted to children and parents include Front yard, licensee`s bedroom and detached storage in the backyard.
During this visit, all areas identified that are accessible for children to use were inspected for the safety, comfort, and cleanliness. At 2:00 pm, Licensee guided LPA to the tour of the home. LPA was toured starting from the living room/dining room , where LPA observed children tables , chairs , sofas and coffee table. Per Licensee, living room used for activity purposes. Next LPA toured the kitchen and observed safety latches on the cabinets where sharp items are stored. LPA observed cleaning supplies in the cabinet on the top out of the reach of the children. Next LPA toured the bathroom for children use and observed cabinet on the side with the safety latch.
