25 | PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility on 01/31/24 to ensure Type A and B deficiencies cited on 01/29/24 have been cleared. LPA arrived at 1:55 PM and met with Ida Hakobyan, Licensee’s assistant who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Upon LPA’s arrival to the facility licensee was not present in the home. Shortly after, at 2:05 PM Licensee, Manvel Dilovyan arrived to the facility who stated he stepped out to buy bread. During this inspection there were five children present in the home, two being infants. LPA observed one infant was napping in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, one infant was playing in the living room and three children were napping in the middle bedroom. During this inspection children woke up and they were playing in the living room. The following has been observed:
- Staff ratio and capacity has been met. During this inspection, there were five children in care, two being infants with licensee and his assistant.
- Current roster of children was provided.
- LPA observed the required 2A 10BC fire extinguisher was serviced on 01/31/24 as read by LPA from service tag.
- LPA observed napping sleep chart was completed for two enrolled infants.
- Acknowledgement forms were observed for all children in care.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and issued POC clearance letter.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Manvel Dilovyan at 2:45 p.m.. |
