32 | Interviews with staff indicated that toys and equipment are checked multiple times throughout the week for any broken or hazardous parts. Staff interview states that toys that are broken or not age appropriate have been brought up to administration. Director states that Licensee is attentive in replacing any equipment or toys that are not considered safe.
Parent interviews made no disclosures regarding the above allegation.
During inspections on 02/07/2024, 02/23/2024, and today's date, 03/07/2024, LPAs made no observations of toys or equipment that were broken, unsafe, or not age appropriate for children in care.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
