25 | On 04/02/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted. Upon arrival LPA Long was greeted by licensee, Hsing Yi Yeh. LPA observed 1 Caregiver and 0 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 9 PM.
This is a single-story house which contains a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a detached garage.
The day care takes place in the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and rear yard.
Licensee is the only person residing in the home. The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergent, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to child are stored where they are inaccessible to children. LPA observed working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher, and working cellular telephones. Fireplace is securely blocked with a book shelf. There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Ammunition is stored and locked separately from firearm. Licensee has current First Aid and CPR, expires 12/17/25. Outdoor play areas are fenced.
LPA reviewed children files; files were found to be complete. LPA reviewed staff files; files were found to be complete. Children and staff names were documented on LIC811 (confidential page).
