25 | On 5/22/2026, at 9:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan conducted an Unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee / Ani Aramayisyan, who assisted with the visit. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection. Entrance Checklist – Family Child Care Homes was provided to the Licensee. Adults in the home were discussed and all have criminal record clearance. Also present were the Licensee’s Assistant / Kristine Danielian and Licensee's husband / Armen Ispiryan. There were six (6) children present at the time of today’s inspection. The Licensee stated that there are currently fourteen (14) children enrolled. The children’s roster was reviewed and found to be current. Per Licensee, the facility’s hours of operation are Monday - Friday, from 7AM - 11PM. Emergency Disaster Plan, License, and Parents’ Rights were posted at the time of inspection. Disaster drill log was also available during today’s inspection and the last disaster drill was conducted on 12/28/25.
This is a single story home consisting of a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room (adjacent to the kitchen), hallway (which leads to bedrooms 1 and 2, bathrooms 1 and 2 and access to the back yard). front yard, side yard, driveway, and backyard. In addition to the Licensee’s home, the property includes a separate dwelling unit in the rear, with its own address and private entrance. The dwelling unit in the rear functions as an independent living space. The address of the rear dwelling is 1237 E Windsor Rd, Unit A, Glendale, CA 91205.
According to the Licensee, parents drop off and pick up their children at the main door, which leads to the living room. Areas accessible to children include the living room, hallway, bathroom 1, and back yard. The home includes a fireplace located in the living room, which has been barricaded to prevent children’s access. Per the Licensee, off-limits areas are as follows: Bedrooms 1 and 2, Bathroom 2, the kitchen, laundry room, side yard, driveway, and the separate dwelling unit located at the rear of the property. These areas are secured and made inaccessible through the use of child safety gates and childproof doorknobs and locks. The backyard play area is separated from the rear dwelling unit by a 3 foot fence.
