CASE-MANAGEMENT INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced case- management inspection to the above facility on 06/21/2024 due to licensee is requesting to use the detached converted garage for limited activity space. LPA arrived at the facility at 8:20 AM and met with Syuzanna Karamyan, Licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Per licensee operation hours are Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.. Applicant states she will care for children 0-13 years old.

Fire clearance to use the detached converted garage for limited activity only was granted on 06/14/24.

All areas identified on the facility sketch were inspected. This is a one-story home located on the first level. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, living room, kitchen, detached converted garage, front yard, and backyard (fenced). There is a decorative disconnected fireplace in the living room. Per licensee, parents enter the home through the main entrance which leads to the living room and side gate which leads to the backyard. During this inspection no children were present in the home.

Areas that are accessible to children are as follows: Bathroom in the master bedroom, master bedroom, living room, kitchen, detached converted garage for limited activity only, and backyard (fenced).

Areas off limits based on facility sketch submitted to children and parents include: Two bedrooms, one bathroom in the hallway, and front yard.

Per licensee, she will use the detached converted garage for limited activity only. Per licensee, children will use the detached converted garage from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Per licensee, children either eat outside in the backyard or in the main home and sleep in the main home in the daycare bedroom. -----------------------Licensee’s initial.

LPA informed licensee, that detached converted garage can only be used for limited activity only. LPA informed licensee that children can not eat or sleep in the detached garage.

At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today.



The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
