| Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nolan Tcheng and Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to follow up on an incident reported to the department on 02/20/2025. Upon arrival at 8:35am, LPAs met with Education Supervisor Lina Rodriguez, to whom the purpose of the inspection was explained. Lead Teacher Samantha Acosta was also present. A tour of the facility was provided. Children were present during the inspection.
Census was taken. There were 7 children with 2 staff members.
On 02/18/2025, the facility was notified by a parent that a violation of a child's personal rights by a staff, may have occurred at the facility. During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews with two staff members and three children. Phone interview was also conducted. No disclosures were made.
Incident occurred outside of 24 hours of being reported to the department. LPA discussed with Education Supervisor who stated they received the notification late on 02/18/2025 and informed their supervisors on 02/19/2025. Report was submitted the following day to the department and was in accordance with Title 22 reporting requirements.
No deficiencies are being cited in accordance with Title 22 regulations, during today's inspection.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
