Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted a case management visit on 08/25/23 to the above mentioned facility. LPA arrived at the facility at 12:15 and was met by assistant, Lashawn Mcginnie, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 4 napping children in care. Licensee arrived to the home at 12:50 PM and continued the tour with the LPA

The purpose of this visit is to observe corrections to citations issued on 07/14/23. This is a one story home that consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining area, living room, laundry room, garage, front yard and back yard (fenced). The off limit area of the home include 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and front yard. The home was observed to be clean and free of defects.

LPA observed the bedroom designated for children in care to have 4 Cosco playpens, infant sensory toys, child sized table and chairs. LPA did not observe any infants in care during inspection. Per licensee, she only has one infant enrolled. Per licensee, she advised parents of enrolled children that they must keep to their given schedules to avoid an overlap of infants at the child care. LPA observed a sample contract for the facility that indicates "parents with a varied schedule will be required to present schedule at the end of the prior week of care" LPA observed that citations issued on 07/14/23 have been cleared. Cleared plan of correction letters were generated for each citation issued and provided to the licensee.

As of today, 08/25/23, the facility is observed to be in compliance with California Code of Regulation, Title 22. No citations will be issued today

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
