25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted an unannounced case management visit to the above mentioned facility on 01/26/24. LPA arrived at the facility at 12:45 PM and was met by Director Sonia Silveryra, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 2 napping children in care. The facility was observed to be clean and free of defects.
The purpose of this visit is to observe corrections to citations issued on 01/11/24. LPA observed that a carbon monoxide detector has been installed in classroom one. LPA observed the carbon monoxide detector to be operable. Director states that she has an appointment with the Water Board to have drinking water tested for lead on 02/07/24. LPA observed a water filter jug and bottled water stored in classroom 1. LPA observed that LIC 610A Emergency Disaster Plan, has been completed and posted outside the door of classroom 1. LPA also observed that PUB 393 - Parents Rights poster is posted outside the entrance of classroom 1. LPA observed that facility has a current Disaster drill log available for review. Last drill conducted was a fire drill on 01/17/24. LPA observed the Director has a completion certificate for Mandated Reporter AB 1207 compliant on file. A food menu was observed posted in classroom 1 for the month of January 2024. The facility serves breakfast, lunch and snack.
LPA observed all citations issued on 01/11/24 to be cleared as of 01/26/24. Letters of Deficiency Citation Cleared printed and provided to Director during visit.
