25 | On September 5, 2025, at 9:55a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Jasmine Castro Amaya. There are 10 children enrolled, and 4 children present at the time of inspection. The hours of operation are Monday- Saturday from 12:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, garage, fenced front yard and fenced backyard. The off limit areas include 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, garage, and fenced backyard.
The License, Earthquake Disaster Checklist (LIC9148), Disaster Plan (LIC610A), and PUB 394 (Parent's Rights) were all observed to be posted. The Licensee maintains a current LIC 9040 (facility roster). The most recent disaster drill was conducted on May 8, 2025, and documented on the disaster drill log.
Living Room/Dining Room (Main Care Area): This area has hardwood floors with area rugs, a sectional couch, a mounted TV, four playpens, changing station, cubbies for children’s belongings, four highchairs, and age appropriate chairs and tables. The children nap in this area also. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition.
Playroom: This area has hardwood floors with area rugs. There is a mounted TV, dramatic play items, language arts items, plush furnishings, and age appropriate chairs and tables. The mats are stored in this area. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition.
