25 | On September 29, 2025, at 11:40a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Patricia Arroyo. There are 6 children enrolled, and 3 children present at the time of inspection. The hours of operation are Monday- Friday from 6:00a.m.-6:00p.m. All adults in the home were discussed and background and fingerprinted cleared.
This is a one story home that consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living room, kitchen, laundry area, front yard (fenced) and a car port. Off limit areas include a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, laundry area, part of the front yard area and the car port.
The License, Earthquake Disaster Checklist (LIC9148), Disaster Plan (LIC610A), and PUB 394 (Parent's Rights) were all observed to be posted. The Licensee maintains a current LIC 9040 (facility roster). The most recent disaster drill was conducted on September 2, 2025, and documented in the disaster drill log.
Living Room (Main Care Area): This area has tile floors with area rugs throughout the room, mounted TV, cubbies for children’s belongings. There are designated areas for dramatic play, language arts, manipulative items, cozy furnishings, age-appropriate toys, and age-appropriate chairs & tables. There is a changing station location in this area, two highchairs, and four cribs. The children nap in this area. There is a baby gate separating off limits area making it inaccessible to children in care. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition.
Bathroom: The bathroom features an operable toilet, and sink. The Licensee has no cleaning or personal hygiene items stored in cabinets underneath the sink in this area making it inaccessible to children in care. The cots are stored in this area. Page 1 of 4
