Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jeanette Estrada and Portia Bowden conducted a case management visit at the facility due to an incident that was reported to the Department. LPAs met with Directors Ruben Tarango and Justine Francisco. LPAs informed facility representatives of the reason for the visit. Facility representatives guided LPAs on a tour of the facility.
LPAs observed a total of 21 children supervised by 9 staff. LPAs observed six children with two staff from Classroom 6 in the outdoor area, two children with two staff from Classroom 10 in the outdoor area, two children with one staff in Classroom 4, five children with two staff in Classroom 2, and six children with two staff in Classroom 7.

The facility reported an incident to the Department on 9/20/24. During today's visit, LPAs toured the facility and obtained copies of forms LIC 9040 Children's roster and LIC 500 Personnel report.

Exit interview conducted with Facility Representatives. A copy of this report and a Notice of Site Visit were provided. Facility Representatives were advised Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days.
