25 | On January 21, 2026, at 9:15 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Bishop arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. Upon arrival at 9:15am LPA Bishop met with Bionka and Brandon Rowles. LPA explained the purpose of inspection and provided the inspection Entrance Checklist, LIC 126. LPA inspected rooms/areas on the facility sketch in which child-care services are provided and to which children have access. Per licensee the hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm All adults present have been cleared and associated. Individuals residing in the home were discussed and noted.

This is a two level facility is located in the front home of a duplex. There is a second unit with a different address in the rear of the property. The home consists of 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, laundry.
Per licensee, the areas used by children include: Dining room and living room (main daycare area), and bathroom on the first floor. The living room was observed to be clean and orderly. There are toys and other age-appropriate materials for the children. LPA Bishop observed the main care and outside play area to have one table for six children to sit, area rug with shapes several cubby buckets for children to play. There were colorful storage boxes, and individual cubbies for toys.
Off limit areas are: Second level (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), kitchen, back yard and front yard. Areas that are used by children were inspected for safety, comfort, cleanliness, telephone service, ventilation and Page 1 of 5
