32 | LPAs observed Disinfectants and cleaning solutions inaccessible to children. Per licensee, there are no poisons on the premises. Per licensee she is not apart of the food program. Facility provides Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and AM / PM Snack. Outside food is permitted on Friday’s only (Bring your own lunch day) Per Licensee food provided by parents is brought in labeled with child’s name and date. Per licensee there are no children with food allergies enrolled. All kitchen, food preparation, and storage areas are clean, free of litter, rubbish, and rodents/vermin. All food is protected from contamination. All storage containers for solid waste, including moveable bins, have tight fitting covers on and are in good repair.
Per PIN 21-21-CCP lead testing to be conducted for all equipment used for drinking consumption. Per record review, LPAs observed a negative lead test result report dated 9/2023.
Facility Postings: LPA observed the required positing: Facility License, Menus, PUB 269 Child Passenger Restraints System Poster, PUB 393 Notification of Parents’ Rights, LIC 613A Personal Rights, Daily Activity Schedule, and LIC 9148 Earthquake Preparedness. LPA provided an updated PUB 393 Notification of Parents’ Rights.

Transportation: Per Licensee transportation is not being provided.
Outdoor: Playground equipment is in a safe condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. The surface of the outdoor activity space is maintained in a safe condition and is free of hazards. There is adequate shade in the play yard. LPAs advised that no children shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time. All floors were observed to be clean and safe. All materials accessible to children were observed to be toxic free. There are no firearms stored on the premises. There are no pools or bodies of water at the facility. LPAs discussed and provided copies of PIN 25-06 Extreme Heat Prevention.
Staff Files: LPAs reviewed Licensee and S1 file for the following documentation: Staff Qualifications, Proof of immunizations of measles, pertussis, and influenza, CPR and First Aid Certification, TB Clearance, LIC 503 Health Screening Report, LIC 9108 Statement Acknowledging Requirement to report Child Abuse, and Mandated Reporter Training Certificate, and LIC 9052 Employee Rights. (2) of (3) staff had required documentation. S1 was missing proof of a current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate and proof of immunizations for Measles and Pertussis which poses a potential health and safety risk .
