On December 19, 2023, at 10:30 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elka Chavez and Crystal Green conducted an announced Pre-Licensing inspection for a Change of Ownership new license. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Applicant Representative, Janice Balgemino. The applicant, Knoller Montessori LLC, is requesting to be licensed for 45 preschoolers ages 2 through 6 six years old in classrooms 16 and 17. The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. LPAs obtained measurements of the indoor and outdoor areas. Due to time constraints, the prelicensing inspection will be completed at a later date by LPA.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Applicant, Janice Balgemino.
