On 02/06/2026, an unannounced inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Meche Rosales. LPA met with Director Becky Dritz. The purpose of the inspection was to close the complaint investigation and provide findings for the above allegation. During the investigation, LPA interviewed staff and parents, reviewed facility records, toured the facility, and observed facility operations.

Based on the investigation, there is not sufficient evidence to determine if staff member worked while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, impairing their ability to provide adequate care and supervision, which presents a risk to daycare children in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occurred; therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited.
Exit interview conducted with Director Becky Dritz.
A Notice of Site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days and appeal rights were provided.
