On September 13, 2022 at 2:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cowan conducted a case management inspection today, and met with site director Wilana Anderson. The purpose of this inspection was explained.

On 11/22/21, this facility submitted an application for increase of capacity from 30 preschool aged children to 60. The facility is adding a classroom (The Willows) to the license. Fire clearance request and supporting documents were submitted to the Southern Marin Fire Department on 11/24/21.
LPA conducted an on site inspection and measured the Willows Room. The room measured at 1,177.5 sf. allowing for 33 children in this room. There is one toilet and two sinks inside the classroom. There is one bathroom just outside the classroom with one toilet and one sink with a total of 2 toilets and 3 sinks for this classroom. This combination will allot for 30 children in this room. There are plenty of age appropriate toys and cubbies for children to use and store their items in. The room has a working smoke and carbon Monoxide detector as well as a 2A10BC fire extinguisher which is fully charged.

Licensee will be applying for an outdoor waiver. Thirty children are allowed on the yard currently.

Prior to the increase of capacity of this facility and room addition, the following is needed:
· Obtain a granted fire clearance from the Southern Marin Fire Department.
· Outdoor waiver approved
