On 11/19/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Miguel Herrera conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to amend an annual inspection report that was dated on 04/22/2024. LPA met with Director Estella Navarro, explained purpose of inspection, toured the facility and took a census.

The purpose of the case management was to amend the report dated on 04/22/2024, that was incorrectly documented under this facility's license. LPA Herrera will also conduct the facility's annual inspection during today's visit and obtain signatures. Appeal rights were provided. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
