On 12/30/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pa Kou Vue and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jose Penate conducted an unannounced inspection at the facility to deliver the findings for a complaint submitted to Childcare Licensing (CCL). LPA met with facility representative - Sub Supervisor Andrea Moreno and explained the purpose of the inspection. LPA toured the facility, inside, outside and took a census.

This agency investigated the complaint, alleging staff yelled at children in care. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted observations, interviews and obtained and reviewed records. The investigation revealed through interviews that although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence at this time to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
