On 04/18/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martha De Haro conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to inspect a new room addition to the home. Licensee had previously provided LPA with a copy of the updated facility sketch (LIC 999). LPA toured the facility and reviewed the new addition to the home, which was a bathroom in the daycare room. Fire clearance by the City of Los Banos Fire Department is still pending. Licensee Ms. Riojas Reyna provided evidence of the approved building permit by the City of Los Banos during the inspection.

LPA inspected the bathroom addition, which is located inside of the daycare room. LPA observed a working toilet, sink, and walk in shower inside of the bathroom. The areas of the home that daycare children will now have access to are daycare room, daycare bathroom, daycare kitchen, play area, office, and the outdoor cement play area. The main house is off limits.

The following item is pending prior to granting approval for the bathroom addition to be used: Fire Clearance approval (scheduled for 04/24/23).

Upon fire clearance approval, bathroom will be allowed for daycare use.

Per Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were found during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with the Licensee, Ms. Riojas Reyna.

LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit form is required to be posted for 30 days.
