25 | On 09/22/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Yesenia Fierro conducted an unannounced Annual Inspection and was met by Licensee, Tiffanie De Soto Crawford. LPA explained the reason for the visit. Also present was/were Staff #1 (S1). LPA Fierro confirmed the home has a working telephone service. Adults who reside or work in the home have a criminal record clearance or exemption, there are no excluded individuals present at this home. Licensee stated there are no firearms, ammunition, or pets on the premises. Licensee stated days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday 07:00A.M-07: 00P.M
LPA conducted a census, during today’s inspection there were three (3) children present in the home, capacity as specified on the license is being maintained. A current facility sketch was reviewed, and Licensee confirmed that the kitchen, dining room, playroom, bathroom and living room are used for providing care and are accessible to children. All other rooms are off-limits and made inaccessible by the use of baby gates or door spinners.
During today’s inspection LPA toured the home inside and outside. This is a two-story home. LPA observed stairs upon entering the home, stairs are fenced or barricaded when children under age 5 years old are present. The electric fireplace located in the living room is made inaccessible by a glass door. Licensee stated that the fireplace will not be in use during daycare hours. There is a working fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and adequate heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. Licensee understands to test both smoke detector and carbon monoxide periodically for functionality.
During today’s inspection LPA observed areas, surfaces, carpets, and floors accessible to the children are in operable and sanitary condition. LPA observed the home to have age-appropriate toys, dramatic play
