On 1/23/2026, the Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office received a complaint with three allegations listed above: (1) Staff yell at children and (2) Staff do not provide adequate supervision for children in care and (3) Staff do not ensure that toys and materials are appropriate for children in care.
Regarding allegation (1) Staff yell at children.
During the investigation, LPA interviewed six (6) staff members, five (5) children, and three (3) parents. LPA also obtained a copy of the Children’s Roster, staff roster, and documents pertinent to the investigation.
Six (6) out of six (6) staff members denied that they have ever yelled at children. Five (5) out of five (5) children denied that staff yelled at them.
LPA contacted six (6) parents, only three (3) parents responded. All interviewed parents stated they did not have any concern related to the allegation.
Regarding allegation (2) Staff do not provide adequate supervision for children in care.
During the investigation, LPA conducted observation on 1/27/2026, interviewed six (6) staff members and three (3) parents. During the visit on 1/27/2026, LPA observed facility staff ensure that they provided adequate supervision to children in care. Six (6) out of six (6) staff members stated they ensure to provide care and supervision for the children in care at all time. LPA contacted six (6) parents, only three (3) parents responded. All interviewed parents stated they did not have any concern related to the allegation.

During the visits on 1/27/2026 and 3/2/26, LPA inspected and observed that facility provided appropriate toys and materials are appropriate for children in care and the materials were not outdated or worn down. Six (6) out of six (6) staff members stated that the toys and materials are appropriate for children in care and the toys and materials are not outdated or worn down. LPA contacted six (6) parents, only three (3) parents responded. All interviewed parents stated they did not have any concern related to the allegation.
