Total outdoor activity space measurement is as follows:
Outdoor space for the preschool playground # 1 is 11767 square feet divided by 75 = 115.68
(116 children).
Outdoor space for the preschool playground # 2 is 10418 square feet divided by 75- 138.90
(139 children).
No hazardous observed on the playground. There are adequate cushioning under the climbing structure.
The facility is equipped with carbon monoxide detector. All the classrooms have age appropriate toys and equipment.

Orange county Fire authority has approved the facility for maximum of 86 preschool children. Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Alycia Tucker.
Based on today’s indoor and outdoor measurements, the sinks and toilets availability, the request of the facility for increasing to 86 children in Preschool Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 will be final reviewed and discussed with management in the Regional Office. The facility will be notified if any additional information is required.
