On 8/14/2025, the Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office received a complaint with one allegation listed above: Reporting Party (RP) alleged that facility did not comply with the allowed capacity of the classroom.
On 8/15/2025, LPAs S. Jung and K. Trinh made an unannounced visit to the facility and interviewed seven (7) staff. 4 out of 7 staff interviewed stated that there was one day in the recent past when classes had to combine due to staff absences. Based on staff interviews and record review of attendance sheets, LPAs were able to verify that although classes were combined, facility was operating within its licensed capacity and in compliance with staffing ratios. During the visit, Director provided LPAs with staff and child attendance sheets, facility roster, and additional documents for investigative review.
Children due to the children being in an infant program and not being verbal. Parents interviewed did not provide any concern regarding the allegation.
The Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office has investigated the complaint alleging facility did not comply with the allowed capacity of the classroom: although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there was not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies cited, and this report was reviewed with the Director, Alycia Gardener. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
