S5 interviewed stated “In the morning, if a child is ever checked in and they look sick, staff will send them to the office to have a temperature check to verify their health. I have not observed a child being checked in if they are too ill to attend. In addition, Staff are also sent home if they arrive with a fever to work.” Parents interviewed did not disclose any information to support the allegations.
Based on interviews conducted, LPA’s observation, and documents received the allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
