In reference to the allegation that Staff leave day care children soiled for an extended period of time resulting in diaper rash. LPA interviewed five staff who all denied leaving children soiled for an extended period of time. All five staff indicated that they check children every 1.5 to 2 hours and change pull ups as often as necessary. One staff indicated they have check children hourly because all children come at different hours. LPA was advised that there are no children with diapers in this program. LPA interviewed four out of ten parents who had returned LPAs calls and none divulged any information regarding this allegation. LPA interviewed seven children but none could provide information regarding this allegation.
