On the date of 2/06/2026 the LPA observed classrooms in ratio. During the investigation, documentation was obtained, interviews were conducted with the reporting party, staff, children and parents. Interviews conducted did not disclose information to support the allegation.
Four (4) out of four (4) staff interviewed stated that Child one (C1) was not left alone during outdoor play time. LPA reviewed incident reports, supervision policy training and procedures. The incident report was signed and dated by the authorized representative of C1. Staff one (S1) and Staff two (S2) stated that they were both present with C1 during the time of the incident. The Director stated that first aid care was given to C1, and authorized parents were informed the same day.
The Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office investigated the complaints alleging (1) lack of supervision. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, based on interviews and record reviews conducted, there was not a preponderance to prove that the allegations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Loretta Munoz.
