Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform.

To improve the quality and value of the new inspection process, a survey will be sent to the email address provided. Please complete the survey and share your inspection experience. A revised application was submitted to LPA during the inspection.
A license for total capacity of 96 children in rooms 2, 3, and 4 ages 2 to 6 years old including 18 toddlers ages 18 to 36 months old in room # 1, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm will be issued after completing the following item and final review at our office:
Facility needs to complete the following item before a license is issued
(1) Certificate for childcare center operation and record keeping for Ivana Cantuna.
Applicant shall submit the proof of correction within 30 days to LPA.
Report read and appeal rights presented to director, Ivana Cantuna.
