children, and staff who have contact with children, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
LPA reviewed the LIC 311A, Records to Be Maintained at the Facility, for child’s records, personnel records, administrative records, and documents to be posted.
Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platforms.
To receive important license related information to licensed facilities, visit the CCLD Important Information website at https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/community-care-licensing/subscribe and select the Child Care option to receive email communication. The facility representative was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org site, a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
An updated license will be issued for a total of 120 school age children ages TK to 13 years old in rooms B2, C2, E1, E5, G1, G2, G4, H3, K1, K2, L1, and L2 Monday to Friday 7:00 to 8:15 am before school, 1:00 to 6:00 pm after school, and Summer and Winter Break from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
