There are 4 toilets, and 2 sinks in the girls' bathroom and there are 4 toilets and 2 sinks in the boys' bathroom. There is one sink in each classrooms.
The facility representative was reminded that children shall be escorted to and from the restrooms and be under visual supervision at all times.
The restrooms belong to preschool and are not shared with any other programs at this site.
Outdoor activity space is the outdoor space in front of the classrooms for preschool children and will not be shared with any other programs at this site.
The measurement of the outdoor space is 9240 square feet divided by 75 square feet = 125.50

Outdoor space for preschool children is partially enclosed. The facility is working on appropriate fencing, Outdoor activity space is supplied with age and size appropriate equipment, and outdoor activity toys such as bikes, sand tables and outdoor toys. There is no climbing structure on the outdoor space area. Shade is provided by trees and building structure.
Fire clearance received from Orange County Fire Authority approving the requested capacity of 71 preschool children in rooms 502, 503, and 504.
The Site Supervisor, Sylvia Ramirez Cuesta is current on the required Immunization, and Mandated Reporter Training. Her EMSA approved Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First aid training certificate expires 1/2024. The site supervisor has EMSA Preventative Health Training Certificate with lead poisoning and nutrition training.

LPA reviewed the LIC 311A, Records to Be Maintained at the Facility, for child’s records, personnel records, administrative records, and documents to be posted.
