On 02/25/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Romy Castanon conducted a Case Management due to inspection of adjacent facility 33495 Del Obispo St. Dana Point CA 92629. LPA Castanon met with Owner Megha Vashi. Director Lena Swinson and Mr. Pranav were also present during today’s visit. A tour of Room #1, #2 and #4 was conducted and census was taken. Observed at the time of the visit was a total of 5 staff and 19 children.

The facility’s location has two separate addresses. LPA conducted a prelicensing inspection for Room #3, 33495 Del Obispo St. Dana Point CA 92629, facility #304371731.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Owner Megha Vashi.
