Based on today's measurement of indoor/outdoor, and number of sinks and toilets, the facility meets the requirements to accommodate 92 preschool children. However, the measurement of the outdoor space can accommodate 52 preschool children at any given time. The facility will be granted the increasing capacity of 92 preschool children. An updated license for 92 preschool children will be approved after final review and approval of the updated waiver to use the playground on a rotation scheduling. A waiver approval is needed for using the playground for 92 children on a staggered scheduling to limit for 52 children at any given time. Please submit the following for waiver approval no later than 30 days of today's report.
