Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with facility representative Taberah Spiers. LPA observed 16 children supervised by two staff upon arrival.

LPA was informed today that previous director, Lisa Mcgough, untimely passed away.
LPA spoke with Taberah regarding the requirements for changing the director. LPA provided the documented list of items that are needed. During today’s inspection, LPA also observed the playground, which is undergoing construction. LPA observed that the part of the playground that is going through reconstruction is barricaded. The other half of the playground is safe for use. LPA will return to inspect the new playground once completed. LPA left his business card with facility representative.

An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with facility representative Taberah Spiers. LPA provided a Notice of Site Visit that shall remain posted for 30 days.
