13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative Patricia Perez to deliver findings for a complaint investigation. LPA observed six preschoolers supervised by one staff.
It was alleged that staff left day-care children unattended in a room and it was alleged that staff used foul language towards a child in care.
During the investigation LPA conducted interviews with staff, parents, and children in care. LPA reviewed staff files and made observations of staff interactions with children. The evidence gathered is not enough to corroborate the allegations, although some interviews suggest the allegations are true.
Therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. The allegations may have happened or are valid, but there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with licensing representative Patricia Perez. Appeal rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
