On June 22, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Eduardo Barragan arrived at the facility for an unannounced case management inspection and met with the director Paolo Sarmineto. The purpose of today's inspection is to provide Paolo Sarmiento with an amended report as well as verify corrections have been made to the citations given on June 15, 2023. See the correction on the 809-D.

Today's census was 23 preschool children and 9 school age children being supervised by 4 staff. All staff present today have fingerprint clearances and associations.

LPAs verified that the director cleared the citations issued on June 15, 2023 by verifying transcripts for staff that showed 3 fully qualified staff and 1 aide. LPA Lea Habtom also verified that fingerprints for staff, S1, has been cleared in Guardian.

No Title 22 defiencies were cited during today's inspection.

This report was reviewed with director, Paolo Sarmineto. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights given.
