On April 3, 2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Dao Vang met with owner/director Paolo Sarmiento to follow up on an self reported unusual incident.

At the time of arrival, a census was taken which consisted of 20 preschool children and 5 school age children being supervised by the director and 2 staff members.

LPAs interviewed staff and children regarding the reported unusual incident on February 23, 2024 and was unable to collect enough information to determine that Title 22 regulations were violated.

This report was reviewed with the owner/director Paolo Sarmiento. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. No Title 22 regulations were cited. Appeal rights provided.
