An unannounced inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst Owens. LPA Owens met with licensee Frederick Heather. Present at time of inspection were licensee, her assistant and 8 napping day care children.

The purpose of the inspection is to inspection the new swimming pool fencing located in the backyard that is currently off limits. LPA observed a mesh pool fencing that meets Title - 22 Regulations. LPA Owens reminded licensee that the mesh fencing needs to be in place at all times when day care children are present.
LPA Owens did not observe any hazards in the back yard. The back yard is now on-limits and can be used by day care children,

No deficiencies.
