Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with facility representative Courtney Williams for a case management inspection for a capacity increase. Facility has requested to increase infant license capacity to 40. Facility will be adding the space from the Preschool 2 classroom for an additional infant classroom.

INDOOR SPACE
The additional space (388.81 sq. ft.) will give the infant license a total of 1,228.81 sq. ft. which accommodates 35 infant children. Age-appropriate equipment was observed. Facility has sufficient nap cots for infants who are no longer sleeping in cribs.

OUTDOOR SPACE
No changes were made to the outdoor space. Facility shall still abide by the waiver granted on 02/02/2021, which allows for no more than 15 infants on the playground at a time.

Fire Clearance was granted on 03/05/2025. As of today, the total infant license capacity granted will be 35.

This report was reviewed with facility representative Courtney Williams. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
