On May 11, 2023 an unannounced plan of correction inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lea Habtom. The purpose of today’s visit is to follow up on the deficiency assessed on May 4, 2023.

The census for today was 9 day care children consisting of 4 infants and 5 preschool children being supervised by licensee and her spouse. Licensee and her spouse were the only adults present in the home. The adults present during today's inspection have fingerprint clearances and associations. LPA L. Habtom confirmed that the two rockers are no longer at the day care facility. LPA L. Habtom has cleared the citation regarding the rocker issued on May 4, 2023 and provided licensee with a plan of correction letter.

This report was reviewed with licensee Mirla Aldea. A notice of site visit has been provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided.
