At 9:00am on 2/12/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Matthew Gallo arrived at the facility in relation to a separate complaint investigation for the Sterling Montessori facility at 821 Sterling Parkway. Upon arrival, LPA observed a census of 2 toddlers supervised by 2 staff. An infant arrived at 9:30am, to bring the total census to 3 children, consisting of 1 infant and 2 toddlers, supervised by 2 staff.

Upon the infant's arrival at 9:30am, the child was placed with the two toddlers in the toddler classroom. LPA confirmed through record review that the child was 15 months old. LPA left the 801 Sterling Parkway to return to 821 Sterling Parkway at approximately 10:00am. At 10:45am, LPA observed that the infant was playing with the toddlers on the infant center playground. At 12:30pm, when LPA delivered this report, the child was still co-mingling with the toddlers.
